Milton Villas is a Victorian house that has been converted into three self-contained, serviced,
apartments in Cambridge. They have been tastefully decorated, furnished, and equipped,
to a high standard providing home from home comforts. All rooms are non-smoking.
All have telephone facility and access to a wireless internet connection.

and train station stopping 200 metres from the apartments.
Top Floor Apartment - Sleeps 4
This apartment is on the top two floors, with two
bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room. One twin
bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bedrooms all have hairdryers,
ironing facilities, and clock radios.
Living area has sofas, colour television, incorporating
cable television, video player, and Hi-fi, dining table and chairs.
Within this area is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge,
freezer, and microwave, including crockery, cutlery and all cooking
utensils.
Ground Floor Apartment - Sleeps 3
The Ground Floor apartment has one double bedroom
with en-suite shower room. The bedroom is equipped with a hairdryer,
ironing facilities, clock radio, and Hi-fi.
The living area includes a sofa, which converts to
a small sofa bed, dining table and chairs, colour television, incorporating
cable television, and a video player. Within the living area is
a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and microwave, including
crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils.
Lower Ground Floor Apartment - Sleeps 3
The Lower Ground Floor apartment has a double/twin
bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has a hairdryer,
ironing facilities, and a clock radio.
